Vitacy
Alright in my car I currently have a single din but when I put my new one in I noticed that there's basically a spacer for a single to fit that's held in by two bolts. My question is you think I would be able to take it out and put a double din in? And in the manual for the car it shows only a double din for the h/u in all the pictures. Azagtoth502
If it fits it should work, you may need a different harness. What car? pa-pa-platypus sorry not everybody has a companies nuts so far down their throat they catch every drop ball sweat when it falls

Azagtoth502
Is his the same year? Or is it 2001 or newer? I came across this elsewhere...... 3 Choices "Get a 01-05 radio bezel, chop up the existing bracing to fit a double DIN radio and move the HVAC down. You may have a tight fit on the HVAC tubing. - Get a 01-05 radio bezel and dash. Other than the radio it should be a straightforward swap and as far as I know it'll make everything work for the new radio. - Move the ETS and hazard relay and chop into the bezel upwards for the radio to fit. It looks best if you smooth the bezel into one piece instead of the outside and inside parts." pa-pa-platypus sorry not everybody has a companies nuts so far down their throat they catch every drop ball sweat when it falls
