Click Effect and click change speed and then slide the cursor or enter the percentage change I want. Negative is slowed. Positive is sped up. Click analyze, click plot spectrum, change the upper right bar to 16834 and the bottom right bar to log frequency. Then place the cursor over the wave to get the frequency/dB reading. You will have the song sound like barry white singing at the original speed of the song. Changing pitch leaves tempo at the original. You will have Dido singing the original song at a slower pace. Changing speed changes both.
