iceman1575 Posted April 29, 2011 Report Posted April 29, 2011 I'll be upgrading soon, more than likely going to two AP1800.1D's & 2 HDC3 Copper 12's, with a C9 (100w x 4 @ 4ohm). All going in a 2001 GP GT, stock alt (105 amp i believe), and thinking about a second battery. Budget is tight (As always with me ) but I know second battery will be a must. What would you guys think would be best? I was thinking about a Kinetic HC2400 or something along those lines. Will be running a single 1/0 run from front to back with big three. Also, think my alt will hold up fine for awhile at least? I don't really have $500 to throw down on a new H/O alt. Thanks. POTATO!

Thanks. a second battery puts more strain on your alternator, it would be better for now to replace your batt with a kinetik2400 er whatever... Peep my tunes...
