But I don't know exactly where, cause the shop where my brother got his rims at had them sent out before they put em on his car. His car is a 4 lug and the rims he wanted were only in 5 lug so they turned the rims into 4 lug. They did something like welded all the holes closed and then drilled new holes in em.
