jjpitre17 Posted May 13, 2011 Report Posted May 13, 2011 i have a sony xplod xm-754-hx amp that i bought a few years back and used it for my first system. its a 4 channel amp with high/full/low crossovers on all 4 channels. i know xplod isnt the best, but i pushed 2 dual 4 ohm cvr 12"s bridged perfectly fine on this amp for a long time. recently, i was plugging a new sub in, and for some reason, the amp went into "over current mode" and i cant get it out. does anyone know how i could fix this problem? http://reviews.cnet.com/car-amplifiers/sony-xplod-xm-754hx/1707-6726_7-30234592.html

To be honest, unless you have a friend who repairs, you are better off replacing it.
