Using wire with corrosion?

I was gonna redo some wiring in my suburban this weekend. I have some pretty old Scosche EFX 1/0 ofc. Some of the cables when I stripped them back had a good layer of green around wire. I wasn't sure if it is toast or not. I have some install bay 1/0 that is brand new, but it is definately smaller.

Should I scrape off the corrosion, or just scrap it and use the install bay?

cut it back till there is no corrosion.

if the corrosion goes through the whole cable, then scrap it!
