anthonyott99 Posted May 21, 2011 Report Share Posted May 21, 2011 I was wanting to find out where i would go to find parts like baskets, motors , coils, cones,etc. that i could buy and gather pieces to build my own 12" Sub woofer ??? Is there a single web-site that has these parts or can you suggest a few different sites etc. ?? Also any articles or how-to's would be great helps also. Looking for a side project that i could be working on a piecing together in times where i cant get out to the shop or something to work on in bad weather or such > Thanks !! I was looking to build something a little more personal but maybe t here arent a lot of different parts to choose from when building a sub or im just not finding them yet !! Well i guess one reason is my budget, i could gather the pieces easier on my 65 dollar a week budget than buying a pre-assembled sub but i would also just enjoy the process of assembling my own sub, plus the pride of running subs i built myself !! Curtain baskets have to be used to keep structural integrity its pretty basic and universal sorry to dissapoint you.
