A buddy of mines' dad decided that he was going to put 2 Kicker Comp VR's in his trunk and bought two of the amps listed above for his 2 twelves. I showed up and told him to throw a third one on his shopping cart, UPS/Fedex might be my new best friend come friday... Pics when its here.

Thats a good price. Make sure they're getting dual 2ohm CVRs for full power from that amp.

Dont worry he is... And the one that I am going to be running off of it is dual 2 ohm as well.

I have a question that hopefully someone can answer. On that site it says that the input power wire is 8AWG what happens if I put 4AWG in it? The terminal looks big enough.

I used to have a P3002 and it had 4awg inputs so I'm sure the P5002 will as well.

checked and he said he ordered the dual 4 ohms

In that case he's better off running both of them off one amp. Using two amps won't do any good. Thats why you always properly plan out a system ahead of time.

I told him he could run both of them off of one amp but he said that he wanted two amps... so he ordered two amps.
