You get the DOB, current address and driver license information! Since these apps are streaming, there is a slight delay. So you are not really getting real time data. Most of these apps buffer too much data anyways to be used for unlawful purposes! There is a built in delay with the software that RadioReference uses for broadcasts. If there are specific channels for NCIC lookups, RR doesn't permit them to broadcast, unless it happens to be on a tactical/dispatch channel. It is 100% legal to broadcast (as I do) but as for the mobile app, then something needs to be done with Apple. Quote POTATO!
