crunkjuice1 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 I have a orion hcca 15 and seller sent me the screws to mount it but what do I use on the other end? Anybody have experience with this sub? Are there any T nut adapters that work with these screws? I will be double baffling side where sub is mounted with two 3/4in mdf. Quote
zayres29 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 with 1.5" of mounting thickness i dont think those screws will work your better off just buying new ones Quote Btw that was the first person. Ever banned by me while dropping a deuce. Feel privileged
audiofanaticz Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 If i remember correctly those are just the allen bolts used when the subwoofer is shipped in its original packaging. You could use them to mount it if you want, and could use tnuts. Id personally just use Spaxx screws to mount the woofers, never had a problem with that method. Quote
crunkjuice1 Posted May 26, 2011 Author Report Posted May 26, 2011 Very interesting screws Thank you for that tip. http://www.spax.com/usa/ Quote
