I'm not sure, but its shaping out that way it seems. With the port all fucked up like it was, the roof flexed like a mofo and it moved alot of air. So once everything is all redone we'll see for sure. But its completely sealed off from the trunk.

well some of you know what happened and why this build quit right in the middle. For those that don't, on day one the sub shredded the cone and surround into pieces. AND the amp went poof (amp was user error on my part for taking it apart to powder coat it). Anyways... due to circumstances I was never able to get back around to the build, that is until now.

Recone has been ordered, box is down to shell, just the sealed section remained completed at .83 cubes Ratio should end up being 2.5:1 tuned at about 40 or 42 hz, undecided on final tuning. Also am picking up 2 sets of American bass SQ65m mids from Corona_Jeff, so the doors will be being glassed soon. Ordering my alternator next week and in the process of finding a new amp since repair costs are too high on this one. I'll be back to update as soon as there is something worthy. But the ball is finally rolling again

I appreciate it Orion. Few many this age with low mileage and not "customized to hell". I have been following your build closely, while it may be a different body style, it's always great to watch the tricks of a fellow mustang build. I'm glad to have this underway again, For the first few months I plan on running this setup, but come summertime I plan on bringing something brutal out, but it all has to fall into place. Then again we know how hard it is to find space to get loud with our vehicles. Just glad to be representing DC again.
