U might have changed ur RF of the car by doin that.. try a diffrent tone..

Box vol seems about right to me.

But you need more port. I like my vents at least 10" long. Min.

Build looks pretty good

Your dip in freq is most likely an air leak somewhere.

I would polyfill your sealed section if you havent yet.

silly me didn't round the internal end of the port before I assembled the box, and the router doesn't fit inside the box.

so, dremel, flap disc, and an orbital sander, and I ended up with this, not great, but it'll do.

also added some silicone sealant and duct tape alone some joins, and gasket foam along others. Added a second layer to the back of the box as well to reduce flex.

tomorrow, I shall see if its louder!

That port is basically just a hole in the box. Really need more vent and longer.
