fecupe2001 Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 First of all, are you sure it´s 0.38 cubic feet the displacement of both tubs? that seems kind of big, second, i can´t tell you much about a slot port for them since i´ve only tried slot ports on the 10" subs, BUT, i just hit a 139.5 @ 52 hz yesterday on a single 12" 305 sub (old model of this one) with a sony xplod 500 watts amplifier in a trunk car with nothing major, i was VERY impressed about the score, box was 1.5 cubic feet and single 4" aeroport tuned to 39 hz, that thing sounded great on music, i would go with a pair of PVC 4" tubes and just make the flares by heating the tubes using a metalic bowl, just my opinion...
