DC Lv4 XL, T3 TSNS, AA Mayhem, AA SMD, DD9500, Fi BTL, DC Lv 5, and some more that I know I'm forgetting.

And damn, that's a large increase in power. I would like to see clamp results.

Also, nice build so far. I think I sounded a bit of an asshole in my previous post. Sorry bout that :)

no worries :) , i get that kind of messages pretty often, (dump dat shit and buy this or that, coz i know and you know nothing -type of messages daily >_> ).

however everytime i do build logs there is something i'm missing and every post is important.

we do have DC audio importer in europe, a lvl4 XL is roughly 550€ whitout shipping. i've already asked for pricing for lvl 5 shipped in finland, but haven't got any response.

i took some time searching for AA / Fi importer, and gladly found one! in europe tho.

http://www.bladeice.com/products.php does AA / Fi

http://www.directice.co.uk/ does DC audio

nice!

haven't found any T3 Distributor in europe, but alot to do before the sub. time will tell what will be my choise, one to keep in mind is that one old manufacturer has started to make new subs for Bassheads, finnish "autostudio". i've heard that the new series is build from quality components, such 3" voicecoil and kevlar cone. basket looks alot like SPL dynamic's baskets, so i gotta check that one also, it is rated at 1500w, but if it is what i've heard it will take much more than 1500w.

I got an 340A Iraggi alt for around 350 euros to Norway. So can´t see why it would cost 1000 euros to Finland.

Is there an distributor in NW that imports iraggi alternators?

there ain't one in finland. IF i buy $600 alternator from US, it will cost $600+(roughly $200) shipping.

total $800, when buying from US we gotta pay TAX for over 50€ stuff. so that adds +23% and overall +7,5% (customs fee) that's total of $1060 (estimated)

it is not exact as i dont have any intrests of paying over 500€ to an alternator.

however. with 350 i could be interested in getting one from norway. but not now, gotta build the rest of the car first. we compete with only on battery power so i don't get much advantage with bigger alt. for now.

looks like an AB or AQ brother

yeah, older dynamics had also AQ/DD basket.

that 18 on the picture, i bought it. it was alot of fun and took 2200w rms easily whitout any stress.

now, it is sold as long as my amp and soon my battery.

getting a pile of cash for next build ;)

good idea to make 2x 18mm plywood instead of one 30mm.

now i can seal the edges.

im adding triangle-cutted wood pieces on the interior corners to add extra strength to the corners

leaving some space undet the box so i have access on the wiring under the seat.

backside

width=359 height=480http://sata.pp.fi/Mr.../14/runko24.jpg[/img]

i made two pieces on the sides so i can add a piece of wood from b-pilar straight onto the walls frontwall

width=359 height=480http://sata.pp.fi/Mr.../14/runko25.jpg[/img]

you can open the door and close without it hitting to the glass, fits nicely.

on the divers sude also

width=359 height=480http://sata.pp.fi/Mr.../14/runko27.jpg[/img]

like so

that's as far as i am now.

i build this solo and with VERY low budged, so bare with me.

i can afford like $50 / month to this build so will be slow process, phew.

i am a student and making my thesis at the same time in this summer so time/cash is limited x_x

i wonder if this thread gets more interested in if i pop 150+ on windshield with that 1500D amp...

it has been morelike a monolog sofar.

stock alt, 60A.

because nobody in Finland imports high output alternators, i've been asking for WEEKS for distributer or importer, but no.

would cost roughly 1000€ to get one highoutput alternator from US.

other change is to get alot of stock alts, but i'd rather update my old to a 100-150A minimum.

I got an 340A Iraggi alt for around 350 euros to Norway. So can´t see why it would cost 1000 euros to Finland.

Hi Hifonic, How much you pay for shipping to Norway? Thanks.
