it's a "Swedish Tank" VOLVO 245 GLE with 109bhp raw powaa!

equipment:

front: SPL Dynamics 4.2 4" woofer + 1" high's

back: Crunch FatboyII 300w rms 600w peak.

sofar starting the build with slim to none equipment. planning on playing front with 4chan amp and sub with 1 monoblock.

monoblock got potential up to 3000w with .5ohm, but don't have the cash for DC audio sub, so going first with 4ohm and 400-500w rms.

First day:

290520112701%20%28Custom%29.jpg

this baby has some ROOM! goddamnit!

290520112696%20%28Custom%29.jpg

checking how much space this one has.

290520112697%20%28Custom%29.jpg

290520112698%20%28Custom%29.jpg

amp's goes here, just enough space to fit 2 amps.

290520112700%20%28Custom%29.jpg

front battery will stay there, adding extra battery to back and setting up 200A fuse and Relay to keep em off together when car is off.

second day:

time to install headunit, it will be alpine 9880R

050620112802%20%28Custom%29.jpg

fixed new radio sockets with the old one.

050620112804%20%28Custom%29.jpg

check'd the front speakers with 1,5V battery. they will be connected into amp when ready.

050620112805%20%28Custom%29.jpg

end result pleased, works awsome.

050620112806%20%28Custom%29.jpg

the headunit did not fit well, had to use some FORCE :S

050620112807%20%28Custom%29.jpg

USB peaks out from original front speaker place (6x9)

050620112808%20%28Custom%29.jpg

hides well aswell.

050620112810%20%28Custom%29.jpg

end result looks fine!

Day three:

060620112812%20%28Custom%29.jpg

060620112813%20%28Custom%29.jpg

so, lets continue with this!

060620112815%20%28Custom%29.jpg

200A Fuse found itself at front.

060620112817%20%28Custom%29.jpg

This 50mm2 (0AWG) goes to back battery in the future.

060620112821%20%28Custom%29.jpg

wires went the normal way, trough firewall, down to floor, under the carpet to the back.

this one is from back where cables goes trough the chassis into the amp rack

060620112822%20%28Custom%29.jpg

here will amps be, the negative wire is only 8mm2 but it is only to remove negative potential between the two batteries, so the back battery will have more negative cables to the chassis.

060620112819%20%28Custom%29.jpg

next! ... PFFFFT >_>

060620112823%20%28Custom%29.jpg

took these from the pile:

3x RCA

2x 1mm2 (to Voltmeter from back battery to front)

1x 2mm2 (RMT to amps)

2x 2x1,5mm2 front speakers

060620112825%20%28Custom%29.jpg

cabeling has never been this easy, this car has ALOT room allaround the car.

060620112826%20%28Custom%29.jpg

pile of wires going towards the back.

060620112827%20%28Custom%29.jpg

two smallest wires to the battery -place, rest into the amp rack.

060620112829%20%28Custom%29.jpg

next! speakers to right!

060620112830%20%28Custom%29.jpg

now how should i squeeze trough this...

060620112833%20%28Custom%29.jpg

wait.... WTF is that!?

...

...

060620112834%20%28Custom%29.jpg

hohoho, one hand fists all... or what?

060620112836%20%28Custom%29.jpg

060620112837%20%28Custom%29.jpg

060620112854%20%28Custom%29.jpg
