adam6604 Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 i found locally 2 15" Memphis subs in a sealed box for sale for 200$.. im thinking of picking em up and selling the memphis subs and put my 2 15' RE SX subs in the box.. would they be alright in a sealed enclosure? im powering it with a hifonics brz2400.1D 2 ohms.. Driving my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 MEGA cab with the 5.7 hemi. Audio: Two 10" Alpine Type R's ( 1000rms models ) Hifonics BRZ 2400.1D @ .5 ohm Two Kinetic 1400 batteries ( soon to have XS power under hood ) Tsunami 1/0 Awg wire throughout truck. Stock Infinity 7 speaker system ( Junk ) soon to be replaced, probably all Alpine. Exterior: 17"Dick cepek rims with 33" Toyo MT tires Bushwacker fender flares Magnaflow true duel exhaust LED tail lights with Projector headlights Plasti-dip fun coming soon!
727Designs Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 I'm assuming they are PR's or something of the sorts, and if so after you sell those you still won't break $200 used, so you'll be out atleast a few bucks... Why not just spend about $45 at home depot and build your own box?
