My 1st recone a RE Mt/Fi Hybrid

So ive spent the last 2 days reconing m RE MT motor with upgraded FI soft parts its a 12" this was my 1st recone and and i think i did pretty well for a 1st timer i got D1 coil and extra spider and int leads i didnt know what that was but it was an upgrade so i paid the xtra 15$ lol but here are the pics

Here is just motor thing is huge weighs i beleive 60+lbs by itself

I got D1 coil and both coils are sitting at .7-.9 ohm each so thats about right soldering these leads were a bisshhh

Dude, IDK. You guys make this look hella easy, but recones can't be as easy as they look...right?

I'll be doing my first recone here soon too, it doesn't look that bad I heard the worst part is getting all the tinsels through the terminals, is that true? Looks like you did a good job though! :drinks:

going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box...

A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

i acctually enjoyd doing mine!

Very easy imo other then the tensil leads those were a bitch!!! and man it was fun i like it!!

very easy process the actual labor doesnt take long at all its the drying that takes the most time but yes soldering the tensil leads were by far the most time consuming and difficult part

imo wrong i thought it would be difficult not at all simple as placing glue and getting everything lined up and then appling pressure the leads were a little hard but ull get em just let it dry like it should before playing it!!
