Bar ends off a 2006 GSXR 1000 this is a chrome powder coated b16a2 valve cover this is a 89 civic that we painted put the body kit on and did a b16a2 engine swap in converting the obd2 to obd1 with a hondata s300 ecu and 06 type R rsx seats and painted rims camel brown with a polished lip this is the 97 civic we powder coated that top valve cover for we also installed body kit and painted after fixing both doors that had huge dents in them! this was the plastics before.. all broken and bondo (fixed with plastic weld) this was bike how we got it. stripped down and wrong color (customer was very upset with other person who said they could do it) another pic of how low quality the job before ours was.. chewie Posted June 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 16, 2011 some 1962 big block valve covers for a mecury they were in very rough shape the rust was eating away at the covers so i had to dip them in my rust tank the sludge buildup was bad! off to the hot tank for 20 mins. after i removed rust and paint and hot tanked u can see once rust is gone that the cover suffered bad pitting over the last 50 years painted with a very nice dark blue to restore these valve covers BEFORE. chewie Posted June 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 16, 2011 this is the sub frame off a 06 gsxr i stripped the paint off and began polishing also i powder coated the pegs and that gold and did a candy teal for the rest... bike is being painted candy teal this week... so pics soon.. and rims r being coated candy teal and polished aluminum around the lip of them plus putting new tires on it also.. the bike is now disassembled then reassembled when plastics get back from paint after in a silver pearl and let me tell ya its got great flake in it in person looks awesome! carb bowls candy red 91 dodge colt gt.. 4 custom t600 15s audioque 3500d.1 tuned to 25 hz... stay tuned. blazer stroker 15 brutus bxi2006d terrible voltage drop 145.4@38HZ...
