369Soldja Posted July 1, 2011 Report Share Posted July 1, 2011 Use craigslist. You can find 20 inch rims for a couple hundred dollars all day on craigslist. They may or may not need tires, most people who sell rims on cl sell them cuz they got a flat and can't afford to buy another tire. So you could get a set of 20's for 500 and spend 300 on tires.
