Jmoney2544 Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 Running AQ2200 & AQ4x90 In My Car Stock 135 Amp Alt Big 3 Optima Redtop Up Front I can borrow an extra redtop from a friend until i get a bigger battery so right now i will have 2 Redtops. (1 In Trunk) My setup is a daily driver, and was wondering if some batteries are better for daily driver, and competitors. I have about 400 to spend on a battery and was looking at the d3100 but wasn't sure if that battery would suit my daily driver application because all XS Power Batteries talk about is "Max Amps" which i don't like. I was also looking at the KHC 2400 Too, but undecided still. Do different batteries suit different applications? What should i go with? TeejayBee Posted June 19, 2011 Report Posted June 19, 2011 I run two d925s right now on my aq2200, stock 120a alt and stocker batt, at idle my car dosnt go under 13.8v. im going to add a d3400 later on when i have money, but just saying lol could do a d3400 and be good or do a d3400 and d925 i did 2 for if i wanna upgrade
