But when talking about 2 16k rms amps (I know they'll never put out 32k watts, but still), I'd be more than nervous to play it. You have a couple thousand dollars tied into the system already, why not spring another 100 bucks and make it a few more baffles thick? That's also alot of weight on a single baffle... dohckiller808 Posted July 18, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 18, 2011 ive always double baffled. im curious if this will fail. we have guys here hitting 155s on single baffle daily with bracing so... ill rock it till i break it. its going to take the same amount of work to double baffle it now cause i would have to flush the subs due to space and that would require me pulling out the box. dont want to sound like a douch but im tired.
