Need help with Upgrading Alternator wiring

I have a 2000 Accord EX with factory 90 Amp Alt. My system is a 12" L7 in a 3.20 cu. ft. ported box pushed by a RF T500.1 bdCP Amp, birth sheet has it rated at 905 RMS @ 1 Ohm which the sub is wired to. Also I have a pair of 6.5" RF T2652-S Components for the Front and Kicker 6x9" KS6930 for the Rear pushed by RF T600.4 Birth sheet has this at 165 RMS @ 4 Ohms. The Head Unit I have installed is a Pioneer 4300 DVD which has three 4 volt pre outs.

I am wanting to upgrade the wire for my new Mechman Alt I purchased, The Alt is a 180 Amp unit. I was thinking of using 1/0 wire from the Alt to the fuse box like factory, then to the battery. But I noticed that in the fuse box there is a 100 Amp fuse for the entire car. Will this have to be upgraded to 180-200 Amp Fuse since the Alt is rated at 180 Amps? I have also purchased 2 XS D3400 Batteries, I know this will be overkill for this system, but at least there will be plenty of power for later. I will be using 1/0 wire from the front battery to the rear battery, then from there to the Fused Distribution block then 4ga to the amps. The same for the Ground Wire except no "fused" Distribution block. Or would it be better to ground the rear battery to the chassis instead of the front battery? I am also upgrading the ground strap and the Starter cable. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

yeah i would use 200a fuse for between the alt and the battery.. and for the batteries in the back i would ground them to the chassis.
