I would honestly feel comfortable giving them 1200 clean power all day. With the right box. And mean clamped 1200, not a 1200 watt amp lol them on a single 3k is about the limit daily. Right now at full tilt it takes only seconds for them to start smelling. Mechanically they do fine. I'm strapped 1ohm too its nasty for two 12s in a trunk.
