Also as I have had in my own experience, Soldering multiple wires is a bitch if you don't twist them up. It was done the way he did it also because I didn't have my wireing harness yet and wanted to get the stuff in. I had the red wire in one spot, and yellow in another, every time I would turn my car on, i would have to enter in my code, and the HU would be reset. So I switched them, and now it is what I am saying how it stays running. For the love of God take it to someone who knows what they are doing. Yellow goes to a constant 12v, red to a 12v source that is only hot when the switch is on, orange (if applicable) goes to something only hot when the lights are cut on, black goes to a good ground, and the blue or blue with white stripe will be your remote wire or power antenna. No other combination, don't try to mix them up from that.
