Nine8SST Posted July 9, 2011 Report Posted July 9, 2011 While working on some box design ideas I noticed that the Sd for the Level 3 10's seems a bit off, the DC website is showing it as 487.00 cm².....seems pretty high considering it's only 314.00 cm² for a Level 4 10. Does anyone know what gives? Edit: Doing the math (if I did it right) for square inches of a sub, 5 squared x pi would give 507.402cm². So it depends on the surround usage and actual size of the cone. Thats pretty unheard of for a 10, I'm wondering if it's just a typo really.
