juiced Posted July 17, 2011 Report Posted July 17, 2011 my first setup was pro hopper. I never had any problems that weren't my own fault. just make sure and keep your batteries charged and don't get a heavy hand on the switch.
big dee Posted July 17, 2011 Author Report Posted July 17, 2011 I got a good deal on mine. There brand new neverin stalled. And I got the whole setup. So im looking for a cutlass or regal to put them on. I don't plan on hopping it alot or anything. But I probly will from time to time. So im ready to get this started soon. But I have a few question on mounting the cylinders? I know the cups bolt on but how does the cylinders stay in place? Weld it. Or does the spring tension hold them in? Im lost on this part. I've researched it and nothing I could find was that pacfic.
Psycho631 Posted July 18, 2011 Report Posted July 18, 2011 The donuts are used to keep the cylinder from comming out of the frame. They just slide over the cylinder and rest on the coller. I used to run pro hopper all the time back in the day with no problems but from what ive heard, the g-force gears are known to break. big dee Posted July 18, 2011 Author Report Posted July 18, 2011 What keeps the cylinders from fallingout. Do you weld the donuts to the cylinder and frame?. Or does the tension hold them in place?
juiced Posted July 19, 2011 Report Posted July 19, 2011 the bottom of the cylinder is threaded. you can put a bolt through the platform to keep it attatched to the cylinder.
