spl explorer Posted October 21, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 21, 2007 plus your zx1000 is dong between 1200 and 1500 my us amp is doing maybe 1k if its lucky lol.the 18 q i helped Sluggz setup made his trailblazer flex a good bit as well. my 15 makes the explorer flex alot but i dont have any deadener at the moment Yeah, im happy with my ZX1000... well until I get my second 18 . Everyone says that kicker amps are under rated. I was sad to see that when I opened my amp for the first time the birth sheet said it benched 1065 watts. :mad: But o-well. It’s pushing my Q hard! Get some deadener in your X. Helped out allot in my truck! I just used weather stripping from Home Dept to do all doors and floor. But I have to do something about my roof. Already snapped my roof rack off. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do besides putting a stripper pole in the middle of my truck. Sux cuz on super low bass notes I can hear my roof flexing over my bass.
