And i'm pretty sure he'd know that his turbo won't spool if he's not on it, but obviously the boost is behaving differently now than it was before... he said it's a new TURBO not a new car... BUT i agree, we need more information about the car... Is this a direct replacement turbo? or is it larger? Did you look at the boost graph and make sure it fit your needs? does it have a properly sized intake/exhaust system to provide enough airflow? need more information..
