KMS
What size fuse should I use for the battery? Both amps are 30x3 Also what size fuses in the dist block to use? I looked and can't find exact size fuses, for the battery there is either 150a or 200a and for the agu dist block there is either 80a or 100a Quote Alpine PDX-V9 Morel Tempo 6 Alpine SBR-S8-4 Alpine CDE 149BT

Inside, use a fused distrubution block with 100 amp ANL's. Get a single 1/0 in and dual 4 gauge outs. Edited August 6, 2011 by CleanSierra Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. 01VWGREENMACHINE
I dunno if this helps but im running 2 amps both Rockford Fosgate 1 is t1500-1 bdcp and the other is the t600-4 and i have 1/0 from front batt to rear batt with 2 anl fuse holders at 300 amps per. 1 just before connection to each batt. then after the rear bat i used 1/0 to a 10 farad hybrid digital stinger cap. and from the cap i have 1/0 to the dis blocks(ordered a 4th anl fuse holder and a 300 amp fuse to put between the cap and the power dis block ITS NOT IN YET! WILL BE HERE WEDNESDAY). from dist blocks to amps i have 4 gauge wire with no over heating issues or anything ill get some pics up tomorrow to dark tonight(take in mind i have 3 kids im on a tight budget so my system is not even close to being done). i did use to have 4 gauge and i was melting all the plastic around the fuse holder and the plastic on the fuse it self. and when i realized this i went to disconnect it i touched the fuse holder and burned the shit out of myself lol. if you go to autotoys.com they have 1/0 stinger kits for 99 bucs shipped that should get you most of what you need then little pieces here and there here is a direct link to the kit - http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=11047 again i will get pics up tomarrow Quote http://www.stevemead...f-system-build/ 2001 VW GTI with a 1.8T motor BIG 3 Pioneer AVH-4200DVD DOUBLE DIN HEAD UNIT 6 - 4 VOLT PREOUTS RF T1500-BDCP (running at 2 ohm) RF T400.4 RF T1 D212 x2 (in ported box) RF 1/0 TO 4 GAUGE distribution block x 2 all stinger wires 200a alternator (SINGER ALT) RF T2652-S (6.5 MID BASS AND 1" TWEETS in front and rear) KINETIC HC 800 BATTERY (Front) KINETIC HC 1200 BATTERY (BACK) 120ft of 1/0 stinger blue and clear matt 20ft of 4 gauge stinger blue and clear matt 30ft of 8 gauge stinger blue and clear matt 100ft of 12 gauge stinger speaker wire black
