Yes Fi has stated 1500 with the 4" coil. But since the product page I linked doesnt update with the 4" coil option, I just put what Fi states on the page linked. Anyone who knows the sub, knows it will handle 1500 RMS clean power on the 3" coil let alone this 4" coil.
