afrakes
I am about to install my new Kicker KS69's in the rear deck of my neon. Do I really have to remove my rear seats to do this or is there an easier way? Also, I purchased baffles for my speakers. Will this hurt or even ruin my speaker quality since these speakers are free-flowing from the trunk? The main reason I bought the baffles is so my 2 12's I'm about to install in the trunk won't make the speakers move when they aren't supposed to. Thanks all. blownengine
You shouldnt need those baffles. And Im not familiar with neons, but if a "how to" tells you to remove the seats, then you should probably do just that. 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Yea its got a Hemi)Alpine CDA-105KnuKonceptz 0ga CCA Big 3 with Yellow Top 15" SoundQubed HDC3DC Audio 1.2K (Bass)Pioneer 6x9's (Front)Pioneer 6.5's (Rear)Kicker 3.5's (Dash)Sony amp on the highs. MACnonsence6
u dont have to remove the seat all the way theres clips in the trunk look past the carpet and uall see them just push those up so the seat can come out slightly thatll be enough. clips are kinda like claws like an L sept horizontal I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.

Would it do harm to the sound quality or are they just useless in general?
