Well apparently she didn't like my price (go figure). So I said I could do it for $100 as a courtesy to her uncle... still no go.

She said he can get a brand new sub and box "for less than $50", so "why would I spend that much money getting a new box made?".

The sub/box she was talking about is of course nothing more than a 12" DUAL sub shoved in some POS chipboard box from the local auto parts place. Excuse me for trying to give you something better...

And no she never told me what the original sub was.

Whatever gives me more time to ship samples.
