adding a battery

Recommended Posts

There are many ways to do it.. the easiest way I've found is to run a power wire from your positive (+) under your hood to the back of your car where you can place the battery and put it on that positive (+) then take another piece and ground (-) it to the frame in the back.

You can then run power and ground straight off of that battery to your amp(s) and it will run off of both batteries.

What are your system specs? Amp? Generally if you have bad voltage drop, you should add a second battery and do the big 3, it never hurts to even add another battery for even the littlest system, can never have enough power.
