I've seen videos of people building kerfed ports before, but I've never seen it done with 2 layers of MDF..it it possible to to make a kerfed port with 2 layers of MDF?

kerf them one at a time... then glue together /thread

It's all a matter of your math. The outer kerf would just need to have a bigger radius to match up with the inner kerf.

cut the slits in the 2nd, and then make the 2nd one copying the first......... elementary

no, do the internal layer with an external kerf, and the external layer with an internal kerf
