I didn't post it here since there was little to no audio done to it until now! People who helped and hooked me up along the way My brother Chino - Hes helped me all the way. He works on the car when I'm at work. And teaches me so many things. Cesar Acosta - he hooked me up with the paintjob and fixed most of the damage. For the price I paid, I can't complain. Paul - you gave me a good price on the car. We still need to sign the pink slip haha. Psycho you let me use your AAA lol. Apathy for hooking it up with the radiator and strut bar. As well as working on my car, getting into places we big guys can't get to. Nastie Garage (Nate) - For hooking it up with the engine wire/brake line/headlight wire/TUCK. For the price I paid, I think its an awesome job. Also for hooking it up with the F2 coilovers, o2 sensor & bung, godspeed slim fans, and crank pulley. NiteGrind Transmissions (Joel) - For hooking it up with the transmission work. Your definitely someone I trust to go back to. Now hook me up with a b16 tranny! I bought this DB8 from my friend two years after he crashed it. Bought the car around Feb of 09 but didn't start until March 2009. Finally got him to sell it to me and my journey began. Pictures are posted in the order they were taken in. This is how the car looked before. It was finally time to go home I'll skip along to the part where we started on the body work. My brother lining up the parts since I don't have any pictures of from the time I took it home and these. Everything lined up. Finally painted! Painted the car Pyrite Mica

bernymac
A week later. Wet sanding, etc. Car is buffed and lowered. And this is the reason why I'm fixing up the DB8. So I can continue to modify my 1999 GMC Yukon. I can't drive this car as a DD. So once the DB8 comes out, I'm able to put this car away and tear it down. 6-19-09 I wasn't satisfied with the engine bay. It looked dirty. And I wanted to take pride in my first rolling honda. Owned a ek and da before this but I sold them before I could get them running. Before Motor out 8-15-09 Picked up some Racing Hart Type C's

bernymac
Koyo Aluminum radiator, not bad for 80 bucks. 2-01-10 Check out my custom 10" subs that'll be going into the DB. This is how it'll look like when done. Regular cone with FI dustcap 4spoke vs 12spoke basket And regular cone vs aluminum cone. 2-14-09 So me and some friends put in the motor today. Had some problems since the frame isn't aligned, bolts weren't going in. Gotta put it back on the frame machine. Had to use the oem mount for driver side until we fix the problem. The only other DB there. I'll take this picture down if you want me to.
bernymac
What we had to eat. Plenty to go around. 2-23-10 Updates: Got the car running. One of the plugs that sends a signal to the starter was mixed up with another plug. Connected the right plugs together and bam. Car cranked and starts. Idles kind of rough in the 1500rpm range. Got to find out what’s causing that. Heres some pictures from today. No pictures of working on the car. Just putting fenders on and since we got the car running, took it out the garage.
