97 civic electrical system upgrade... thoughts/comments?

hey so i get paid in 2 days and im planning on upgrading my electrical system a bit.. car is a 97 civic ex.. after looking around at prices and sizes of alternators by multiple companies i think i am going to go with a 170 amp DC power alternator and also im going to upgrade my charge cables to 1/0 size..

system run down:

2 12 inch dc audio lvl 4's with lvl 5 coils

dc 3.5K

pioneer HU

infinity speakers all around

speaker amp: ??possibly the dc 175.4

over 4.5 cubes after displacement tuned to 32ish hz

batteries: 2x ???? with 2 runs of 1/0 wire to the back batteries

so, what do you guys think?

I have a '99 lx and this is pretty dam close to what i'm planning on doing once i get the money. I was thinking of doing a XS D5100R (same size as factory batt for the '98 and most likely your '97 too) under the hood and a D1200 in the back along with a DC Power alt most likely.

Not to get off topic but whats your box design like? I want to seal the box from the trunk so subs and port fire into the cabin.

for box design i am going port/subs firing front. over4.5 cubes tuned to 32hz and this build wont be super fast but im gonna do my best to not make it snail slow. i am 18 i just got a new job.. i slave my ass for minimum wage..i managed to work 80 hours last week.. got a trip comin up so ill miss 2 weeks of work so that will probably affect the build speed but as soon as i get back im gonna start my subfloor/box build
