This is the best tutorial on how to make a speaker I've ever seen, hands down. Like the OP I am thoroughly impressed.

If that's how you make a sub then why does a 8w7 get $439??? :ehh:

There should be a class at comps for home-built subs.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.
