I know we are missing some steps in this thread but I still wanted to share this install

Checking to make sure the box fits and port lines up

Added a pop out logo. Notice we used t-nuts to mount the subwoofers so the wood doesnt crack.

They also help keep down recurring mystery dust.

Interior of the enclosure was spray with black tinted Raptor made by u-pol

This bedliner spray is also available in a tintable spray so it can be color matched

The 1 inch acrylic is mounted

the white SMD leds are wired up and logo is in

Time to design and cut the rear cover panel to hide all the ugly crap

test fit the cover and make sure it covers the screws

Top insert is cut out

incase I need to sand or add material to make the gap around the insert perfect
