skyhighcaraudio Posted September 16, 2011 Report Posted September 16, 2011 So im starting to play with my box a bit more to try to get some more of those deeeebeez out of it My subs are DC Audio XL 15s They run off at 12k at .5 ohm nominal load My box right now is 13.2 total after all displacements so total of 3.3 per sub. Tuned at 36 hz If I add another piece of MDF on the inside of the drivers and passenger side walls of the box it will displace .45 cubes more bringing my box down to 12.75 total cubes and 3.1875 per sub. All my XLs have stock suspension no extra anything BTW What do you guys think?
