ryanthebasshead Posted September 18, 2011 Report Posted September 18, 2011 hey guys im having trouble choosing the right DC sub. ive been getting different opinions from different people just wanted to post and see if i could get some help. as of now i have a honda prelude shuriken at35, big 3,1/0 throughout the car and an audioque 2200 .. i eventually want to upgrade amps which is why im still considering the xl so my questions are 1) which sub would be best for my amp 2) can my amp still work on the xl (even if obvously i need more power) 3) the xl thats for sale locally is dual one ohm so would it be ok? bad? to run my amp at .5 ohms or search for a d2? 4)i was planning on selling my shuriken to a friend and getting a kinetik 2400 is that too much for this? my alternator? any help would be great thanks, ryan
