97SSBlazer Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 I always build boxes geared towards low notes with no regard to the meter but I have a show this Sunday and I might build a box purely for the meter. I have 1500 watts RMS @ 1ohm and the subs are SWR1243D's. This box would be for my Neon so the space is very limited. 15Tx34Wx16D. From the little bit of playing I have done with this car It seems to like 43Hz but that is in my current box tuned at 32Hz so Im sure its a little bit higher. Any Ideas what I should do? It hits 139.xx now. lower tuning is just hard. Is this from experience or did you just look at the .PDF.... lower tuning is just hard. Its not a legit event just a lowrider car show event that LilTeddyP and I will be hosting.
