Amp Options Please help

^^^Will this amp suite the needs of my future purchase towards 2 selenium st400 tweeters http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=264-450 and 2 selenium 8w4p http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=264-424

I need a decent amp to power these 4 speakers. Any help or suggestions? Not trying to spend to much not over 150.

Cant take you serious if you had to ask. I had posted a link to the speakers. Maybe i wasn't to clear on what i wanted to do, so. What i want to do is wire both 8w4p together to make a 4ohm load and put them in one channel. Want to wire both st400 tweeters together to make the 4 ohm load and put them in the other channel. The speakers are going to be placed in the front doors. I was looking for a inexpensive 2 channel amp that could put out at least 100 watts rms @ 4ohm load. I don't really want to spend to much on this amp to push these 4 speakers. So any help would be appreciated.
