It's just that even with the voltage drop, the cone area of the 2 18"s and 2k+ of power could do higher then a 143. But if you said there was a higher number too then thats cool. The 140 in bassrace is more plenty for daily too haha. Nice, clean install man! two bl's on 2k....in a jeep....i would expect a 144-6 out of it.. batts would help Yeah get some new batts for sure. My single Q18 did a 146.1dB on music and my new setup of 2 Q18s does a 148dB on music.Maybe this is beatin a dead horse here....but I am surprised at the low ##'s too.My 4-Kicker CVR 12's 5cft net sealed off 1200rms does more than that daily and I just burped 146.3db, TL in the kick (97 Integra). I would expect more outta those subs unless they are STARVING for air or power. The stained box looks nice tho.
