New Electrical System in the Tahoe, Watcha Think?

ok some of yal saw my build log, but if not ill post here

Reason i am making this thread is because i want opinions on how i wired it up, and if you would of done anything diffrently, and why.

the truck is a 2007 chevy tahoe, and the stock electrical on these trucks are gay, sometimes the alt "turns off" when it doesnt need to work, to improve mpg or some bull.

witch is why i decided to do a dual alt setup, with a seperate 300 amp alt just for the system.

heres some pics.

Grounds on the back of the alt(2 1/0 grounds)

way i wired up the H/O alt is:

(2) 1/0 charge line to the D3400

(2) 1/0 Grounds from the alt to the D3400

the alt is "turned on/off" by a switched 12v ignition source in the fuse box.

and will be 2 runs of 1/0 (1+/1-) directly to the amp from the D3400, no other batteries

amp is a RF T2500BDCP run @ 2ohms

Opinions on how i have it all wired? would you have done anything diffrent?

noo, the two 1/0 runs from the alt go to the D3400, then from the D3400 to the amp

Ok. Its late I need to get in the bed lol. That seems fine though. Stupid about the cutoff thing though.

Have fun running the zero gauge. That's the one thing I'm dreading on my build
