masterbusa2 Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 Okay since I have been informed that a 4th order bandpass would produce the most spl for my car, i have started looking up what fs and all tht is and here is what I have come up with Power Acoustik Fubar 15" rms=1000 peak=1000 fs=27.2 vas= 4.5 Qms= 6.291 Qes= .496 Qts= .463 I used a random calculator I found xD S = .6 F3=25hz Sealed side will be 2.58 cu.ft Ported side 1.39 cu.ft LxWxH = Sealed (18.70,18.70,12.00) Ported (15.20,15.20,12.00) Tuning Frequency: 45.05 (Hz) Its saysing to make the port diameter 4.50 inches and 11.89 inches long, and I notice the Dimention of the two chambers are different therfore making it difficult to build for a ammature builder, if i put about a pound- pund and half of polyfill could i make the sealed side the same size as ported size or should i just raise the ported side?... this is what I have so far idk if these are accurate would like some light shone on this. thanks everyoen fro your input Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
