how to flush mount

hi i am almost finished building my box and i already cut the baffle that the sub sits on. how do i cut the hole for the second baffle and have it still be centered. sorry i am on my ipod

Glue the second baffle on (no hole just yet). Then take a pencil on the side with the hole, find the center, and drill a hole there.

Then do your flush mount work with a straight cut router bit, a cirgle jig, and a plunge router.

Then once that's done, drill a larger hole and use a flush trim bit to cut the hole. The bearing on the flush trim bit will only let you cut as far as your original hole - so let'er rip
