Ya thats basically what im looking for is a good setup like the audioque's you just posted. and battery is definatly a must. Mine is terrible. I put a brand new alternator on my car and everytime the bass hits with my JBL's now the voltage drops into the red on my gauge. Its a shitty duralast battery from 7 yrs ago

Go with that AQ setup and be amazed. Just build a good box for them. AQ has great customer service = win, they will deffinatly design a box for you if you ask them. My advice is get this biggest AGM batt that you can fit in the stock location. Goodluck :drinks:

So far the AQ setup is #1 on my list right now. Next is a box like u mentioned. Thats a problem for a camaro. Ive seen custom boxes for the trunk for pretty cheap but i dont want a box thats not going to hold up to the subs.

I mean if you think you want to go AQ then call them or email em and I'm sure they will be more then happy to help you with anything you want to know... Give them or us some dimensions so you can get a design rollin. Their aint nothing like a good quality design and box expecially if you've built it yourself. :)

I just got mine sa12's... Had the 15's before but was too big. In the process of building a box for the 12's. For the price, the SA is a very solid sub...

lack of tools and skill

No excuse. :) j/k. What area you in? Maybe somone on here could build you one for a good price.

A properly designed and built box makes all the difference in the world.

When you make final decisions on your subs and get a design made up throw up a thread and see if anyone in your area will make you a box for a good price.
