extremeauto
looks good and very strong is that x3 layers of 3/4 wood? 412 CVX
looks good and very strong is that x3 layers of 3/4 wood? yes sir. i also added some sonotube to direct airflow in the port. it's 4" radius, but could do 5" or more. i'd be interested to see what the size of the sonotube did to the numbers. 412 CVX
Update 2. box is coming along better than expected. since i didn't do thicker wood, i'm using some triangles in the corner to hold the walls together better. this might be overkill considering it will be covered eventually by the 3x3 45degree thingy in the corner. what do you guys think is a 3x3 45 enough or should i go bigger? 412 CVX
IT'S DONE!!! haha this turned out really nice. better than i expected. now if somebody actually made this, oooohhhh that would be amazing. this could actually be set on it's side and be a rear firing enclosure, provided there was enough space. i'm gonna try JRocket's specs next and see if i can't pull off something with the port in the middle. maybe end up with a big enough port to do what this guy did anyways on with the pics: again, if you like my work, please check out my facebook page and tell a friend! much appreciated all! -Jesse Edited October 22, 2011 by 412 CVX Quote Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.
