Audiojunkie23
Hello guys. I am new to this forum and this is my first build I have really done by myself. Keep in mind that I have no experience under my belt really so it is not going to be perfect by any means. But I'm proud of what I've done so far. 4 Pyle Pro 5PDMR Sealed back speakers. 2 Goldwood Tweets. Soundstream 440.2 At the moment. 2 AudioQue SDC2.5 15's. Soundstream VDVD-311 Touchscreen Single-Din. The vehicle it will be going it. Very stock lol. My doors. Nothing special AT ALL. No idea how to fiberglass so I just cut a piece of 3/4" MDF to follow my door and wrapped it in black fleece. I'm proud of it lol. Got the back, bottom and sides glued up of my box. 45's anyone? 8x8 Port. Tuned to about 37Hz. 1/4" Round on the edges of the port. Got the port glued and drying in the sun. Small 45's on the port for a little strength. Double Baffle. Just gotta get the top on after I do some sealing and fiberglassing on the inside. Put some more small 45's around the bottom. The box is about 8 cubes after displacement and everything. Not quite big enough for those air suckers but it should sound pretty good. Should be getting some more stuff done this weekend on the box. Should have completed pics up soon! Let me know what you guys think! Honestly lol. Thanks!

siccostyle
Have fun... There is not a lot of space in these 2 door exploders. I have one too and I need more room. Plus the electrical is cramped as well no room for more then one alt so batteries will eat up a bunch of what little space you have. They do get loud though. 01 2dr ExploderBuild log2 18" DC Level 6's (M3's)DC 10k5 XS d3100's, DC 390 alt100' shok ofc cable Team ShokTEAM SUB SONIC ADDICTION
Audiojunkie23
Is this your fist system? Pretty much. Had a small "build" in my old truck. Just a couple of Kicker Comp 10's. But this is my first serious build, yes.

It is extremely cramped in there for sure. It took me a couple of days to figure out where to run any wires lol. Its extremely tough to get to the firewall.
