SkylarDunn Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 or you could just cap it with a little MDF square and round over the hole with a router bit. i believe it was ray who introduced the idea. a 6" flare would need at least an inch of flare to prevent chuffing, and MDF is only 3/4" deep in most cases...... Could always do 2 layers, but the price of a 1" roundover bit would cost more than a complete 6" aeroport. Quote Getting bass into the cabin of a W124 mercedes is impossible.
